Sanity checks

Ideas for the recently-proposed sanity check script:

• Check for poor hyphenation in abstracts from copy-pasting for PDFs (check for abstracts cut-and-pasted from the PDF acl-anthology#666)
• Also check for stray unconvertable LaTeX
