anchor

Hi,
When I click on the flags to change language, the module switches to the other language keeping the URL but ignoring the anchor.

Exemple:
Go to this url https://www.monxoops.fr/modules/xmtutorial/tutorial.php?tutorial_id=15&page_id=70#page_page

(here anchor is #page_page)

Then click to the flag, (french or english, depends the status)
the url is :
https://www.monxoops.fr/modules/xmtutorial/tutorial.php?tutorial_id=15&page_id=70&lang=french

the anchor is not in the url

Any Idea ?

I have no idea where to look to try and add the anchor to the URL.
