The application does not open on macOS

Hi all,

The executable of the application offered for direct download refuses to open on macOS, whether on Mac Intel or Mac Silicon.
On the other hand, the project opens correctly in an IDE like Qt Creator.
Compilation and execution are performed correctly in this environment.
