Unusable UI elements due to lack of horizontal scrolling

Description
Nested UI elements become unusable because there is no horizontal scroll bar and the UI doesn't rearrange the elements based on window width.

Expected behaviour
Add a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
Potentially automatically rearrange elements based on current window width.

I think that's the one action (macro may still be affected) where new minimum width have not been fully enforced. There won't be a horizontal scrollbar as that's not the right solution here. The UI has some set minimum dimensions that used to be larger. So here the widget simply needs to change. Luckily really only a cosmetic issue at the moment as resizing slightly works around it.
