vJoy axis condition

When using a vJoy axis as condition, instead of being able to specify "inside/outside a range of values" like in the R13.3, you can only specify "True when presses/released", which doesn't make sense for an axis.

This seems like a UI issue where the change in device type (button vs. axis) is not triggering proper UI updates. Depending on what your use case is you can use the logical device as an intermediary. So map physical -> logical device -> vJoy, as the logical device condition does correctly change the UI based on input type.

Fixed with 08ad692. There is no "inside" or "outside" selector as both true and false branches being directly accessible makes that part less relevant.
