Cannot upload offline translation file for Weblate Documentation

Describe the issue

I maintain Turkish translation of Weblate and usually download latest po file, update offline with Poedit and upload.
Uploading documentation po file upload showed an error this time: File upload has failed: invalid page in block 876338 of relation base/16386/17990
I cannot troubleshoot the issue error message is not clear to me, attached the file.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/weblate/documentation/tr/
2. Select Files / Upload translation
3. Upload settings

• File: Attached
• File upload mode: Add as translation
• Processing of "Needs editing" strings: Import as translated
• Conflict handling: Change translated

4. Click on: Upload
5. The error shows: File upload has failed: invalid page in block 876338 of relation base/16386/17990

Expected behavior

Importing translations as normal like other components
