Describe the bug

1. Sidebar > The Sidebar component has multiple usability issues. When the sidebar is expanded, the Close button is hidden, preventing users from collapsing the sidebar. Additionally, the sidebar open/close control does not function correctly, impacting the overall navigation experience.
2. Click hover is going to outside.
3. Select > Hover is not working proper.

5. Navigate to 'Design System >'

Expected Result
The Close button should remain visible and easily accessible when the sidebar is expanded.
The open/close control should function correctly to toggle the sidebar state.
Sidebar transitions should be smooth and consistent across all supported screen sizes.

Reopen Not working proper. Also doc not working & showing proper. Unable to scroll.
