Describe the bug

1. The File Uploader component has UI inconsistencies. An unwanted background color is displayed in the upload area, and the Selected Files section is not responsive, causing layout and alignment issues on different screen sizes.
2. List > Sticky Subheader > Overlapping issue.

Steps to reproduce bug

1. Go to 'https://https://dev-react.raaghu.ai/?/'
2. Navigate to 'Design System >'

Reopen on dev not working properly file uploader inconsistence size also interaction fail & list sum ui issues.
