The "Disable smilies" Doesn't work

I think on some possibly reasons about this.

• The disable smilies option isn't ever sent to post parser.
• The disable smilies option is sent but not correctly.
• The code is failing to get the smilies.
• It isn't reemplacing the smilies correctly (IE: not replacing them).

I might be looking forwards this, anyone is welcome to help though.
