Plot improvements

Change the correction bokeh plots to have a shared legend that doesn't cover values, and change units to be negative superscript formatting.

Additionally, standardize display of watts to be a capital W

Finally, change correction bokeh plots title of third plot to be "% Change", not "% Difference"
