Recent changes change the behavior of storage and there is a bug in BAGEL (I am wasting a lot of time now; we are sure that code mentioned in #63 broke our program (qsimulate-open/bagel#44); also #50 is relevant).
We should discuss on how to maintain the code - unfortunately tests are not complete.
@evaleev can you think of an integration test environment so that a new commit in BTAS triggers tests in BAGEL, ITensor, etc?
