I was reviewing a blocked user's activities and happened onto their appeal page, and I noticed that none of the text is localized. It seems to be all localization keys, e.g. the page title is "auth.auth-needed-screen.title – UTRS 3". My browser's primary language is set to French.
The same problem applies for the other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian). English is fine.
BTW, I now realize I shouldn't have access to the appeal page, but that's beside the point.
