question: how to disable moving blocks from one editor to another in multi-editor setups?

Hi, I wanna keep moving/dragging blocks feature but it should be not possible to move blocks from one open editor to another? Is there a straightforward way of doing it?

Also the way to know to which editor the dragged blocks belong to. Thanks
