drag and drop in RTL is mirrored, and resize the columns too.

If my document is RTL, when i select a text and drag it, the drop guide position looks mirrored to the cursor position

and i've add @blocknote/xl-multi-column extension, when i drag a column the drop guide is mirrored too, and if i resize a column the resizing direction is wrong

and i noticed that the sideMenu (drag and + block buttons) is not positioned correctly too

Sorry @AbdullahBuhlaq, but at this point we do not have RTL support though it is something that we would like to fix in the future. We are happy to take PRs which resolve it, but at this time, unless there was a sponsor for this feature it will be put off until later.
