Unable to connect to inverter over TCP modbus after recall / replacement

Hi,

I got my inverter replaced due to a connector or incorrect installation recall. The installer says modbus is enabled on slave address 2 and the tcp server is enabled but HA cannot connect to it. It was working flawlessly before this replacement.

The software version reported in mySigen cloud is V100R001C22SPC111

I can see the ethernet cable from the router is connected to RJ452 port on the inverter and modbus poll of one of the register is spitting out something but errors out.

The installer's gone on holiday break, nice timing for getting inverter replaced 😂

Any idea what I can do at my end to debug or fix this ?

The installer had set the modbus to host mode, that was changed to slave and the modbus tcp server disabled & re-enabled. That fixed the issue.
