General clean-up

please add any minor fixes/changes (<1h work) we need to make so we can keep track of them. we can open individual issues for anything big

• I added a folder to hold the validation data and uploaded that- that should be complete simply tracking it was done

• We need to make sure we are clear about the black calibration file and what papers calibrations were done on, the files as they are need to be relabeled and a few different papers uploaded

• R Script for the interclass correlation coefficients needs to be added but I want to clean the code up a little before even the first commit.

• User Manual- this also should be added here and needs a few more tweaks before I upload.
