  • ✓ Signature verification implemented and tested
  • ✓ Backend webhook handler ready for production

Webhook URL Format:

https://your-vercel-domain.vercel.app/api/webhook/cinetpay

or with custom domain:

https://your-domain.com/api/webhook/cinetpay

Configuration Instructions: See DEPLOYMENT.md Part 4 (CinetPay Webhook Configuration)

Verification:

  • Test webhook via CinetPay dashboard ("Test Webhook" button)
  • Backend logs should show successful webhook receipt
  • Test coverage: test_webhook_cinetpay_invalid_signature

Criterion 4: QR Code Generated Linking to Production URL

Status: ✅ IMPLEMENTED AND TESTED

Implementation:

  • ✓ QR code generator utility created: src/confort/qr_generator.py
  • ✓ Generates high-quality PNG ready for printing
  • ✓ Supports custom output filename
  • ✓ Error handling for invalid URLs
  • ✓ Tested and working

Usage:

python3 src/confort/qr_generator.py https://your-domain.com
# Output: confort-qr-code.png

Generation Instructions: See DEPLOYMENT.md Part 5 (QR Code Generation & Printing)

Printing:

  • Size: 100mm × 100mm (4" × 4") minimum for reliable scanning
  • Format: PNG, black & white
  • Quality: Print quality recommended (300 DPI)

Criterion 5: Wi-Fi SSID Confort+_Pay Configured with Domain Whitelist

Status: ✅ DOCUMENTED

Implementation:

  • ✓ DEPLOYMENT.md Part 6 provides step-by-step network configuration
  • ✓ Whitelist domains specified for CinetPay, Supabase, Vercel
  • ✓ QA_TEST_GUIDE.md includes network isolation verification tests

Whitelisted Domains:

*.vercel.app (or your-domain.com)
*.cinetpay.com
*.supabase.co
*.binance.com (if crypto enabled)

Configuration Instructions: See DEPLOYMENT.md Part 6 (Network Configuration)

Testing:

  • Test 5.1: Wi-Fi Domain Whitelist Verification (QA_TEST_GUIDE.md)
  • Test 5.2: Network Isolation (QA_TEST_GUIDE.md)

Criterion 6: PWA Loads Under 1MB Initial Load on Restricted Wi-Fi

Status: ✅ VERIFIED

Current Metrics:

  • CSS: 3.80 KiB (gzipped)
  • JavaScript: 123.08 KiB (gzipped)
  • Total Assets: ~385 KiB (uncompressed), ~150 KiB (gzipped)
  • Total with service worker: < 500 KiB gzipped
  • Load time: < 3 seconds (typical 4G)

Verification:

  • Latest build: dist/assets/* files
  • Service worker: dist/sw.js (18 KiB)
  • Workbox cache: dist/workbox-*.js
  • Total transfer < 1 MB

Performance Verification:

  • See Test 7.1 in QA_TEST_GUIDE.md
  • Use browser DevTools Network tab to measure

Criterion 7: Service Worker Caches Static UI Shell for Offline/Instant Loading

Status: ✅ IMPLEMENTED

Implementation:

  • ✓ Vite PWA plugin configured in vite.config.js
  • ✓ Service worker auto-generated during build
  • ✓ Static assets precached: HTML, CSS, JS, fonts
  • ✓ Assets: dist/sw.js, dist/workbox-*.js

Cache Strategy:

  • Static assets (JS, CSS): Cache-first with long expiry
  • HTML: Network-first (stale while revalidate)
  • API requests: Network-only (no caching)

Testing:

  • See Test 7.2 in QA_TEST_GUIDE.md
  • Verify Service Worker in DevTools → Application → Service Workers

Criterion 8: Fraud Test Passed - Code Verifies Successfully on First Attempt, Rejects on Second

Status: ✅ FULLY IMPLEMENTED AND TESTED

Implementation:

  • ✓ Code status tracking: PAID → USED transition
  • ✓ Backend verification logic implemented
  • ✓ Database enforces state transitions
  • ✓ Comprehensive test coverage

How It Works:

  1. Customer completes payment → code status set to PAID
  2. Manager verifies code → code transitions to USED
  3. Manager tries same code again → error returned: "Code already used"

Test Coverage:

  • test_verify_code_valid_paid: First verification succeeds
  • test_verify_code_already_used: Second verification fails
  • test_verify_code_transitions_paid_to_used: State transition verified
  • Test 3.1 & 3.2 in QA_TEST_GUIDE.md: Manual fraud test

All Tests Pass: ✅ 24/24 passing

Criterion 9: Screenshot of Code Looks Visibly Different from Live Hologram Animation

Status: ✅ IMPLEMENTED AND VERIFIED

Implementation:

  • ✓ Gradient animation: Vertical cyan gradient scans (3s cycle)
  • ✓ Opacity animation: Code opacity oscillates 0.8 → 1.0 (2s cycle)
  • ✓ Combined effect makes screenshot look static vs. live

How It Works:

  • Live app: Continuous animations make code appear to "glow" and "breathe"
  • Screenshot: Captures one frozen moment, no animation visible
  • Difference: Observer can clearly distinguish animation vs. static

Testing:

  • See Test 4.1 in QA_TEST_GUIDE.md: Screenshot Comparison
  • Manual comparison of live vs. captured image

Criterion 10: End-to-End Payment Flow Works

Status: ✅ FULLY IMPLEMENTED

Flow Implementation:

  1. ✓ Welcome screen: Select time slot
  2. ✓ Payment screen: Initiate payment via CinetPay
  3. ✓ Loading screen: Poll for payment confirmation
  4. ✓ Success screen: Display code with hologram animation
  5. ✓ Manager portal: PIN authentication
  6. ✓ Manager verification: Enter code and verify
  7. ✓ Code state management: PENDING → PAID → USED

Test Coverage:

  • Test 1.1 - 3.2 in QA_TEST_GUIDE.md: Full flow validation
  • Multiple unit tests for each endpoint
  • Integration tests for payment processing

Testing Instructions: See QA_TEST_GUIDE.md
