QOL update in the projects hindi README

I was reading the Hindi readme of the project, many google searches later I realized the text is not made for an average Hindi speaker, the words used are very scholarly and difficult. we are in a state where english has made a real influence on the language so IMO using basic english words instead of using hugely difficult words, would make the README accessible to a larger public.

and maybe even creating the readme in Hinglish might be better idea in introducing to a wider diaspora of Indians.
