Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. When playing PvP on a controller, there are not enough buttons to quickly access all 9 hotbar slots. Currently, I have to cycle through slots using shoulder buttons, which is very slow and imprecise, or use the keyboards 1-9. This puts controller players at a major disadvantage against keyboard/mouse players who can instantly switch to any slot (e.g., slot 1 for sword, slot 9 for ender pearls). The lack of a fast hotbar selection method makes controller PvP feel clunky and uncompetitive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Feature 1:
A GTA-style radial menu for hotbar selection
Player holds a configurable button, like the Left Bumper
A circular wheel with 9 segments appears on screen.
Using the right analog stick, the player highlights a segment (up = slot 1, right = slot 2, etc.).
Releasing the bumper instantly switches to that hotbar slot.
The wheel could be customizable (position, size, opacity, which slots appear).
Direct slot binding to buttons

Feature 2:
Allow players to bind specific hotbar slots directly to controller buttons (e.g., D-pad Up → Hotbar Slot 9 for ender pearls).
This would work instantly without opening a wheel.
Should be configurable per slot (1-9) and per button

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the existing shoulder button cycling (LB/RB) is extremely slow to register input, meaning cycle through your hotbar using the shoulder buttons has unnecessary input delay. Removing the input delay would fix a lot of problems

Additional context
This is a standard feature in many console games.
