Adding information in "Program Info" on the admin page

I hope to add a few parameters in the summary list in "Program Info" to know easily properties for each target list.

Describe the solution you'd like

I hope that following colmun to be added in the summary table in the "Program Info".

• N_PPC (selected in PPC dtails / total)

• Requested FH requested finally in “PPC details”.

• Completion rate (%) requested finally in “PPC details”.

• ROT (h) requested finally in “PPC details”.

• Also, current Time_tot_L(h) is the same as "ROT with 100% for L(h)" completion.
  -- Maybe too much request: Can we show the means of terminology when we put mouse cursor in the column name?

I've not yet properly understood what 'finally in "PPC details"' means. These numbers are picked up from psl_{upload_id}.ecsv, and it records the numbers at submission. Maybe I've forgot something.

I was able to put n_ppc into a table (see the PR #382 linked above. Any comments and contribution from @wanqqq31 is fully appreciated.

BTW, can we target to implement this by the next technical review around ~March/April 2026?

Thank you for consideration, and I am sorry for using unclear words.
I would mean that the 'finally in "PPC details" is the plan which PI have set (left) values in the PPC details with a certain N_ppc, completion rate and so on, not 100%.

BTW, can we target to implement this by the next technical review around ~March/April 2026?
