Enhancement: Pivot Point changes

Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail

1. Moving the pivot point, then undoing will not preserve the location of the pivot.

2. The pivot point should be larger to be seen easier in the 2d viewports. Similar to Hammer++.

3. The pivot point should snap to the grid, rather than in increments of the grid. When changing grid sizes, the pivot point becomes annoying to align.

4. The pivot point should be able to be recentered easily, such as a keybind. Currently, you can recenter it by deselecting and reselecting, but this is tedious.
