Pre-built Windows binary available (v0.4.2, Rodio backend)

hey, i noticed there aren't any pre-built windows binaries available so i compiled one and packaged it up for anyone who wants it.

built from v0.4.2 with the rodio audio backend on windows 11 using the MSVC toolchain.

includes:

• spotifyd.exe
• a bat file to launch it easily
• a readme with instructions

figured this might help anyone on windows who doesn't want to install rust and compile it themselves. all credit to you guys for the amazing project — just wanted to make it more accessible.

let me know if there are any issues with the build or if there's a better way i should be packaging this.
