Not possible to import YT suscriptions with CSV

Bug Description
No matter which file manager I use, it's impossible to load the CSV file of my subscriptions. I tested the file with other applications and it works without problems.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Channel' tab (Or alternatively, Settings > Import/Export)
2. Click on 'Import Subscriptions'
3. Click on 'Select Subscription File'
4. Choose whatever file manager you have installed
5. Search and select your CSV
6. Nothing Happens (Not even an error popup)

Expected behavior
The notification that subscriptions are being imported should appear after that, and the list should load correctly later.

Setup:

• Android version: 5.1.1 Lolipop
• Is Your device rooted?: No
• Do You use Tor or any VPN service with your device?: No
• App source: Downloaded from GitHub
• App Version v2.998
• App Flavour: Extra

Additional context
Improvised Workaround:

1. Download and install v2.997
2. Import your CSV file like normally (this time, using the built-in app file manager)
3. When the import is complete, update to v2.998
4. Done
