Problem to solve

One can associate a resource to a Project in two ways:

• As being related to a Project
• As being an output of a Project

Further details

Usually an Output should be linked to an Activity, but this may not always be the case, as there are many unplanned work that results in outputs.

Proposal

It should be documented For Sinar NGO that:

• Resources should can just be related to a Project (no need for duplication of output and related)
• Resources cite a Project should use Citations relationship field
• Resources that are indirectly related, eg. supplementary or complementary but were not created as a direct result of the project can use the Related field.
