Written sources data page will be fixed & updated

Issue #51, #54, and #55 are the prerequisites of this issue and this issue needs the deliverables of them to be completed. Wait for the specifications before starting this issue.

• 1. This page will be re-implemented in the way the ordinary people data page implemented
• 2. The columns of the table will be updated, details will be specified in the comments section
• 3. The fields of the written source detail modal will be updated, details will be specified in the comments section
• 4. Filters, search, and sorting popup will be implemented, default sorting will be the name field descending
• 5. Applied filter and sorting options will be placed in the query parameters in the URL
• 6. When the page first loads, the filters and sorting options in the query parameters of the URL will be applied automatically while fetching the first data
• 7. The map button in the page should redirect users to the map page. When the user is redirected to the map page, the written sources and cities mentioned in the written sources filters should be pre-applied.
• 8. The social network button in the page should redirect users to the social network page. When the user is redirected to the social network page, ordinary people and written sources filters should be pre-applied.
• 9. The pull request opened for the implementation of this issue should be linked to this issue either by selecting it from the development section at the right sidebar of this page or by following this manual.

The columns of the table, the fields of the modal, the input and output schema of the written sources page api, and the input and output schema of the written source by id api will be specified in the comments section of this issue when they are ready.
