# 60 Words About the Author
author-about: OSBB will seamlessly integrate the necessary scripts and applications to build advanced, data-driven models that combine neural circuits, musculoskeletal systems, and the physical environment. This integration will facilitate direct comparisons between simulated outputs and experimental measurements. It will be facilitated by the newNeuroMech languagefor standardised descriptions of neuromechanical models.

This will build on the work to date sharing neuroscience data and models onOpen Source Brainand creating community wide standards for computational models of neuronal systems (theNeuroMLspecification).
NOTE - Work in progress!
