Numerous issues not resolved with "flutter pub get"

Trying to get this to fly, in Android Studio Koala | 2024.1.1 Patch 2, flutter 3.24.3 and I get a number of analysis issues, such as:

lib/core/router/router.gr.dart:55 "The name 'PageFactory' isn't a type, so it can't be used as a type argument."

lib/core/theme/app_theme.dart:28 "The method 'NoShadowCupertinoPageTransitionsBuilder' isn't defined for the type 'Themes'"

lib/features/file_download_btn/view/file_download_btn.dart:94 "The method 'printDuration' isn't defined for the type '_FileDownloadBtnState'."

Can anyone confirm that this project builds properly given a recently up-to-date build environment?
