Keep subtitle settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I watch a TV show and I set the subtitles to be off for the first episode I want this to stay for the whole show. Currently the subtitles go back to the default after every episode or when you stop the video and start it again.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a toggle in the subtitle settings to keep the settings for the show.

Maybe this is a big and not a feature to request.

And same goes for languages.. if I have subtitles on with a specific language i would prefer it always choosing that language if I have decided to use it.. perhaps make it a setting on the user?
