Error in the deploy process

I am trying to run the BU tasks, but I got tons of resetting issue. Can you guide me how to fix it. Thanks

Writing {'ListView': ['ConsumptionSchedule.All_ConsumptionSchedules']} to destructiveChanges.xml.
Writing {} to package.xml.
Deploying changes for scuba from orgs/modified_state/scuba.

In general, some of these kind of error messages from sf commands are expected if the agents fail to finish the task since some data fields may not even exists in the modified_state folder.

For this concrete bug, @kckrithika Could you please help to look into this?
