Aimed Shot occasionally showing a 3 second cast bar

In MM hunter spec, aimed shot should have a 2 second cast

Occasionally, Aimed shot cast timer shows a 3 second aimed shot cast

Weird. Turtle client sets a UI variable, and Quiver only uses 3 seconds when that variable is missing.
