Insubstantial not available

Hi, it seems that the maven repository for Insubstantial is unavailable: https://server.bbkr.space/artifactory/libs-snapshot

Which means that this project does not compile.

We should either publish the CottonMC's build to another maven repository or find another fork that supports newer releases of Java
