Cloud Connector documentation is very confusing for RISE

Issue description

While RISE preconfigures a lot for you, the Health Monitoring of Cloud Connector does not come with it. I've had a hard time following this documentation and various tickets, to realise it's doable just that some steps are not needed.

1. Create an Alias for localhost: This step is not neccessary (or might already be done)
2. Create the Certificate Signing Request in Cloud Connector with SAN: Same as one
3. Adding the Connection to the Cloud Connector Itself: This isn't really a RISE issue, just that the information is incomplete after some new features in Cloud Connector. Such as "System Certificate for Logon" and "Check Internal Host"
4. Adding the Connection to the Cloud Connector Itself: This time RISE specific, seeing the systems are already added you need to configure the "Cloud Connector Location ID" in the current system.
5. Adding Cloud Connector to Landscape Management: You only get one user, so how to request a new one?

All in all I feel the documentation could be re-made, at least specifically for RISE.
