[Task](email-plugin): cleanup Email Plugin in Elektra #1878
Description
The Email Plugin in Elektra should be cleaned up and partially removed, while keeping and reusing the existing mail log functionality.
Tasks
- Clean up the Email Plugin in Elektra, while keeping the mail log implementation
- Remove the entire Elektra email implementation
- Keep the mail log React implementation
- Add the mail log as a new entry in the Navigation
- Add a message box with the following text:
Message:

Acceptance Criteria
- The Elektra email implementation is fully removed
- The mail log remains functional and accessible via navigation
- The message box is visible and correctly worded
- No regressions in existing mail log functionality
