PC Not Recognizing Screen

PC does not recognize the screen when plugged in. I am trying to use the updater tool to update to landscape. Do you have a Windows driver for the add on screen?

I've tried 4 different windows PCs and none of them recognize it, I reached out to Retroid and they want me to return it at MY cost.
