Get discord link on the /intro page #900

Description

@Achintya-Chatterjee

Issue Description

When superusers visit the /intro page, they see details filled out by new users. Below this information, there should be a text box where superusers can provide feedback to the new users based on the acceptance or rejection of their applications.

When the user who filled out the page sees the /intro page, they see the status of their application:

  • When their application is under review:
    We are reviewing your application. Please check again here periodically for an update.

  • When their application is rejected:
    Line 1 - Unfortunately, at this time, your application is not approved.
    Line 2 - [Insert feedback note from superuser]

  • When their application is accepted:
    The page should display a Discord server link for RDS, allowing them to join the server.
    Line 1- Congratulations. You've been approved to join our Discord server using this link: <Link>
    Line 2 - [Insert feedback note from superuser]

Expected Behavior

  • Superusers can provide feedback on the /intro page after reviewing a new user's application.
  • New users can see the status of their application on the /intro page.
  • Upon acceptance, new users receive a Discord server link to join the server.
