bug: TikTok Patches fail

Bug description

Using the recommended patches and the 36.5.4 APK from APKMirror, TikTok has always failed to apply some patches. I've tried only the any version patches, and just the 36.5.4 specific ones, but both still cause patching issues. Trying to download the APKM bundle instead doesn't trigger anything, it just infinitely tries to fetch the bundle and or import it if downloaded locally.

"Disable telemetry" Patch seems to be broken rn, disable said Patch from running.
