Jekyll fails on Windows with Ruby 3.1: “Could not find gem 'wdm (~> 0.1.0)'” #155
Description
When running Jekyll 4.4.1 on Windows 11 (x64) with Ruby+Devkit 3.1.6 (x64), executing jekyll -v raises the error: Could not find gem 'wdm (~> 0.1.0)' in locally installed gems. (Bundler::GemNotFound). It seems that the current wdm gem is incompatible with Ruby 3.1, causing Bundler to fail to resolve dependencies. I would like to know which version of Ruby+Devkit can be used to avoid the incompatibility issue with wdm 0.1.0.
