Error capturing info for action and events

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy v0.5
2. Run Scanner
3. Power on/off a cluster as InstantAction (From ClusterDetails page, using actions select-box)
4. Check events and observe how description is not null, and 'logged by' column doesn't have the correct user value

Expected behavior
Empty description if the user didn't write any, and user not being captured.
