Service is consistently degrading

Hello, I have been using qwen-code inside vs code for a few months now. I was entirely impressed. I regularly use Gemini Pro as well as VS Code copilot with Claude Opus 4.5/4.6, and while qwen-code isn't on par with Claude Opus the price difference has made qwen-code the better solution. I'd say it had been providing 80% of the quality of Opus.

However, over the past 4 weeks since qwen-code on VS Code had moved into v12 and v13 there has been a substantial drop in quality. Currently qwen-code is struggling even with basic shell commands because it is not catching it's errors. I've been stuck for almost 2 hrs in a loop because of continuous shell issues. This is just one of multiple issues that has been popping up. I've been pinned at v11 for most of the last few weeks because v12 and v13 have had such stability issues. I hope this doesn't signal a shift in how things will be from now on moving forward through the rest of v13 and into v14 onward.
