How does Titanium Network's Automatic Proxy Bot Work?

I'm amazed at how you guys set up a Discord bot that automatically spits out a new link. How did you guys do it? Do you have to mass-purchase domains manually and then ask the bot to randomly select them, or does the bot do that automatically too? Thanks!
