Wrong tree generation

I've searched existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

Some trees have their leaves at the wrong place

To Reproduce

Start the pumpkin server with the seed: 1773454845511612927
The go to: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 255.46 69.33 -15.27 71.10 46.95

Expected behavior

A normal looking tree

Tested the provided seed in vanilla and pumpkin. The tree dosen't exist in vanilla. its most likely being misplaced.
