I cannot update my PrestaShop store with PrestaShop Update

Hello everyone.
I've tried several times to update my PrestaShop store (version 1.7.6.0) to a later version using the free GitHub module, PrestaShop Update, but I keep getting an error.

Steps to reproduce

I downloaded the wizard.
I started the PrestaShop 1.7.6.0 update.
It doesn't create a backup correctly, so I do one manually.
The process starts, but it always gives me an error at the end.

Expected behavior

It should update normally.

Actual Result

Everything seems to work correctly when the update runs, but the same error always appears at the end, as shown in the attached image.

How have you installed PrestaShop

I installed PrestaShop on the rented server and started building the store. I used the Warehouse theme from ThemeForest.

Thank you for your report, Currently I tried to reproduce you issue but I can't as you can see :

First of all you said that Update assistant don't "create a backup correctly" can you report us your issue on this one ?

Secondly, Did you execution time is strong enought ?
