cURL timeout

I am getting a cURL timeout error, and I am curious if this is a setting that can be set in Flickr2Piwigo, Flickr issue or if it is a hosting issue?

ERROR MESSAGE:
An error occurred when trying to log in to Flickr: cURL Error # 28: Connection timed out after 15000 milliseconds

Any advice appreciated.

Still having this issue. I have adjusted the timeout setting in the plugins/flickr2piwigo/include/functions.inc.php file and still get the same error. I have confirmed the API settings are correct.

Any help, please?
