Configure MCPs for auto-approval

It would be great to configure auto-approval per MCP (or tool) so that safe tool calls can be automatically approved when in plan mode, for example.

Currently using https://github.com/DeusData/codebase-memory-mcp but each call needs to be approved in Plan mode which reduces the utility and creates a lot of UX friction.

Hi @carlosesquivelroisenvit, we're planning support for fine-grained tool call permissions and expect to have it implemented within a couple weeks, along with enhanced profile customization support.
