Some trouble to converge

Dear all,
i am very new in the topic of DeepLeqrning i try use the pipline in my research in morphogenesis,
i try to discover underlying PDE from my experimental data.

I wonder if existe already a simple way to visualize the reconstracted data, as in your paper ?
i would like to compare input data with resulting reconstructed data according the found coefficients .
