Source doesn't match ReadMe

The readme references obs-ptzcontroller.dll and Qt5Network.dll but neither are in the source files.

The readme also calls it an OBS plugin, but it's an app called PTZOptics now, despite the URL name: https://ptzoptics.com/obs-plugin - at least I assume this is the app code, because it's got the bug I've seen on the app. I think the readme is overdue for an update.
