Log Downgraded Mode #4308
Description
A change was recently made to catch growth server connection failures that occur in China and swallow them to avoid displaying an ugly error. As a result, these users are unable to participate in Origin Rewards. We should consider logging these events if we're not already so that we have some sense for how often they are occurring.
