Crashes with unhandled rejection when DB becomes unavailable

When there's a DB request error due to the DB pod becoming unavailable, the api service crashes with an unhandled rejection error Unhandled rejection {"reason":{"code":"ECONNRESET"},"promise":{}}. Happened with postgres request, not sure about clickhouse.
