Hello,
I am using Windows 10 and I used the following commands to install ffmpeg, Git and Python:

C:\> choco install ffmpeg-full
C:\> choco install git
C:\> choco install python

Then I cloned SadTalker:

git clone https://github.com/Winfredy/SadTalker.git

In the SadTalker folder, I created a folder called checkpoints and extracted the sadtalker.zip and gfpgan.zip files into it. Finally I ran the webui.bat file, but I got the following error:

Just follow these instructions to get SadTalker working on the laptop/desktop

1. First make sure, you have python 3.10.6 environment. Better to have a virtual environment for this and activate it.
2. Extract the code by downloading the zip. So you don't even need git.
3. Ensure that ffmpeg has been installed
4. Download and put all the Assets listed in the SadTalker v0.0.2 rc Release Note (https://github.com/OpenTalker/SadTalker/releases/tag/v0.0.2-rc). But if you are downloading sadtalker.zip from google drive then you just need source code (zip) from Assets list . Extract the contents of the source code (zip) in the checkpoint folder.
5. Ensure that you extracted gfpgan.zip in the checkpoint folder.
6. Run "pip install -r requirements.txt" to install all the needed requirements.
7. Now you run webui.bat
