Cosmetic/UI issues on v2dev

• Clicking on top left logo used to take user back to homepage of v2, doesn't now.
• Logout link - when pressed, it sometimes logs out, but username still shown, sometimes fails. Used to refresh page & user was loged out
• After logging out, the Sign In button sometimes doesn't work...
• Search box formatting

• Logos missing in About box
